This starter notice explains what CleanMark collects during beta. It should be reviewed for the final legal entity, hosting country, processors, and support contact before production.
Data we collect
Account data, email, password hash, uploaded images, generated results, job history, credit transactions, rights confirmations, technical connection data, security events, and support messages.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate users, process images, prevent abuse, keep credit balances accurate, provide billing records, improve reliability, and maintain required security logs.
Retention
Uploaded files and generated results are retained according to the admin file retention setting, defaulting to 7 days.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data.
